Everytime my boyfriend shaves, he gets shaving bumps and ingrown hairs. I mentioned to him that he needs to buy new clippers. Will this work? Any suggestions on how he can keep a smooth face while growing a beard?

Ok, I have been shaving for some years now and it's like everytime I shave, there's always shaving bumps left behind, and they lead to dark spots. how can I remove them?

I have shaving bumps on my legs and they are annoying.
I tried lotion cause people say it works but it didn't for me.
So what's a good inexpensive way to get rid of shaving bumps?
