My daughter is in the fourth grade, and wants to start shaving her legs. She says all of the other girls in her class are doing it. Is fourth grade too young???

I am a girl, and i have been shaving my underarms for like 2 years, and even when i shave, my underarms still look dark. its like you can see the hair under the stin before it comes up again, do you know what i mean? and how to you solve this? i have dark hair, so blondes (luckily) dont really have this problem. ???

Ok question #2 is how do i shave my knees? i always think i get them really good in the morning but then i realize after that i missed a bunch. how do you shave your knees? is there anyway you do to keep them smooth ? do you shave your knees when your legs are straight or when they are bent and the skin is pulled taunt?
